Members of the Rotary Club of Edmonton Riverview organize, volunteer and donate money to a cataract surgery and optometry mission to Ecuador, a sewing co-op in Belize and an orthopedic mission to Ecuador.
The club raised money to provide scholarships that enabled veterinarians from Africa to earn a master’s degree in wildlife health and management, which qualifies them to work with gorillas and to purchase equipment used in the care of gorillas.
